Education
Dr. Radoslav Ralev graduated from a high school specialising in natural sciences and mathematics in 2006. In 2012 he graduated in dentistry with the qualification “Master of Dental Medicine” from the Faculty of Dental Medicine in Sofia.
Experience
Immediately after graduating, he began work in a small rented practice in the centre of Sofia. Three years later he opened his own dental clinic with two surgeries, its own X-ray equipment and the CEREC CAD/CAM system, which was innovative for Bulgaria.
Areas of interest
He works mainly in prosthetic dentistry, and in particular fixed prosthetics (crowns, bridges, inlays, overlays, adhesive bridges and others) and the implant treatment related to them, as well as removable prosthetics (all types of removable dentures).
In 2016 he entered the field of digital dentistry, introducing into his practice one of the first systems in Bulgaria for the computer-aided design and fabrication of all-ceramic crowns and bridges (CEREC).
He has a special interest in modern aesthetic and microinvasive dentistry and in using the latest methods to solve complex cases.
More information
As early as his student years, he took part in organising and running the annual Sofia Dental Meeting, the largest dental congress in the Balkans, where he learned about the latest trends in dentistry presented by speakers from all over the world.
